1點開始連續好幾個會,今天早點吃。
全部東西丟在一起炒還是最快的~

雞胸肉約200g
菇約50g
蔬菜大雜燴,蘆筍、櫛瓜、甜椒、芹菜。昨天太晚去買菜,撿便宜失敗。
主食是90g冰紫地瓜、35g水煮毛豆、35g水煮鷹嘴豆。
