TOM must be rounding the corner I only ate 1500 some odd calories yesterday and gained half a pound this makes 1.5 lbs gained after my big loss ugh... I'm reading a thread on an Atkins forum about set points... I'm thinking I may be at one and just need to continue working out and eating right and hang in there and I will finally start losing good again! We'll see if TOM starts in the next few days... January 5 I go back to the OBGYN Yayyyyy!
