So its most of the way through day 2 of no tracking and eating when I'm hungry. I had bulletproof coffee this morning. And noticed some hunger at about 4pm, so I made dinner and just finished eating. I usually would have started eating 4 hours earlier because it's "time to eat". We will see how this translates to weight. For anyone who is curious, my dinner was steak with butter, shredded broccoli cooked in bacon grease, and collard greens with bacon chunks. Tonight I am going to try a keto chocolate icing recipe for a snack (I love icing) lol.
