hang in there, you can do this! Don't stress about the numbers on the scale. Just focus on all that you have accomplished on your journey so far, and on being healthy. Try not to stress as that produces cortisol which tells your body to increase fat storage instead of letting go and burning calorues. I'm sure there's a lot more people here that can give you better advice on how to break a plateau. Wishing you well on your journey!!!

I know this sounds weird, but maybe you need to eat a little more. If you’re working out hard, you probably need to increase your calories. If I do a heavy workout, I adjust my calories for the day. Since I started doing that I’ve steadily lost weight.

Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to try and eat a bit more to see how that works out. Fingers crossed.

I used to walk at work all the time, but now I am working from home. I was walking around the block and the neighborhood a bit, but not enough to see the results I wanted. I was going to buy a cheap treadmill, but ended up getting my in laws old Gazelle Freestyle. It worked great the first 2 weeks, but now it's like I am gaining more muscle than losing weight.

I don't use the scale. It's too much of a hindrance and overall obstacle to weight loss. I go by how my clothes fit, the quality and endurance in my workouts, and overall well being. It's better in the long run. You've lost A LOT of weight!! Congrats!🤩

mines has been doing the same. don't be discouraged though. I've been stuck at the same weight for about a week and a half now. gonna try something different this week.

Remember your losses won’t always show on the scale... sometimes it shows in inches not pounds, and if you’re building muscle, it can also make your weight go up. Stick with it and don’t let the scale discourage you!
