Yesterday, IF, 76 protein, 102 fat, 37 carbs, turkey, cauliflower rice with cheese, butter, yogurt, chopped salad, butter, nuts before bed
71.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
