21 days left. Time to remove calorie drenched sauces from my meal plan. Will explore other low calorie options like hot sauce and mustard. Also regulated water intake to 1 gallon reccomendation a few days ago. I will be consistent with hydration for the first time in a long while. Preseting water daily to keep track.
