It is a loss. I am losing inches and that is all that matters. Working out 4-5 days a week and loving it. The scale will move it is a matter of time.
108.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
