치킨빨로 몸무게 유지하는거 같네;;
순탄수 100g 이상으로 고탄수 식단으로 3000kcal 가까이는 먹어야 증량하는구만...
43.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
