Ate like a pig this weekend and went to the bar on Friday night....not a good idea. I'm just hoping that most of this will come off after two stricked days of eating right and excersize. What was I thinking! Ugh
83.5 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
