Had a good workout and rode my bicycle to the gym ... Always feels nice riding the bike around town. Went ahead and weighed myself again (I'm really bad at limiting myself to one weigh-in per week, lol). Scale averaged to 182.25, which I think is a pound lost since the weigh in last Monday at the same time. Will continue aiming to eat 1500 calories per day, monitoring any changes in weight to see if I need to alter the diet and workout routine further.
