Aku sepedaan sama plank seminggu 3-5 sama sering digerakin aja kak 😉 ini aslinya mah ga terlalu signifikan aku juga ngerasa bagian lengan paling susah buat mengecil 🥺 yg paling kerasa bagian perut hehehehe

@tris21 aku WO sepedaan minimal 1 jam tiap pagi sama ga makan malem maksimal makan jam 6 sore :)
