We had our Final Measured Test at the Gym —— 5 minutes on the Rowing Machine...surpassed my previous amount & finished with 1,314 meters!! Heart still pounding!!
Of course, our trainer had a few more minutes of pounding: • 100 Cals Assault Bike • 100 AB Mat sit-ups • 100 Bird/Dog • 1,000 Jump Rope (I swear I loss count & did at least 100 more)
Time for a MONSTER!! 🥵🥵😎😎
