So yah, got some bad news today regarding my health😔 nothing fatal or real serious! But still, it’s going to change my life drastically! Couldn’t think that an unhealthy gut and colon could have such a major influence on your whole system. It seems to be a contributing factor to why I struggle to loose weight, why I’m always tired and always sick. Hopefully it will all change for the better soon*
