@Hy all
Okey i will share my daily diet. My first time in 86 kg. N in the first, second n third days its so difficult days. Cause u must cut my
amount of food. So i don't take any sugar, rice, food which make from any flour i don't eat that. N i eat more vegetable. N usually i eat breakfast in 9 am. N if i don't eat for lunch. The food which i make i eat that in 6 pm. N that my last time for eat in a day. N in the night i don't eat again. N drink more warm water. N i alai got some friit in 11 am. Like that. N i count my kalo for a day is 1300 kall. N i cut just 1200 kall only

I think outside height n weight itu same. N ur kall for the day is 2300 n for to loss weight u must cut 1000 kall. So for a day u must take 1300 kall only 😊. Fighting. U can do it
