I know at some point this will all click for me. I have been excercising and I have made notice of when I tend to slip. I have extremly long days; going to work then school and having two kids, adds fuel to my lack of focus. However, I always have a little voice saying, you can do it, just be patient. I have commited my self thousands of times, exercised off and on. Ate healthy and I've notice the times I have been most sucessful is when I am consistant. I don't need to restrict my diet to the extreme, but when I am mindful of what I eat and exercise throughout the day, I do well. I think that I really need to nail down a pre-planned eating menu and not deviate from that. My husband bought me a portion plate; it looks nifty. Its made by the nutritionalist. Well I'll give it a whirl.....
