Trying to stick with program. My meditation program is to begin at 4 am every morning. Meditation, intermittent fasting, and high protein will be my tools this week. Staying away from the carbs is so hard though. And I have a tendency to want to go to them when upset. Need to find a way to break that. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I don't but wishing you great success. I'm on CICO program because if I have some carbs I don't end up binging on them. I'm weird that way😁

If you tend to go for chips, like me, try replacing them with something like pickles. They’re just as crunchy and salty and way less carbs. Just be mindful of the sodium if that could cause you any trouble.

Thanks, I will try that. The sodium thing is a gimmick that has caused many a person to have heart attacks and thyroid symptoms. Yes you CAN get too much but that amount varies per person. Low sodium is very bad, worse than too much.
