pertama kali bikin kolak labu kuning no santan yaaa
pake fiber creme. enak bgt yaAllah :’
segini banyaknya cuma 279kal
bisa 3 porsi (kalo pake mangkuk besar)
kalo mangkuk kecil mungkin bisa 4-5 porsi
jd ya itung sendiri aja yaw per porsi nya 😁

labu kuning 500gr air mineral 500ml fiber creme 8gr gula putih 15gr gula merah 15gr sejumput garam daun pandan ini aku pake gula nya gula biasa. kalo pake gula tropicanaslim bakal lbh rendah lagi kalori nya
