Thought this week was a better week. On monday when I weighed in at the challenge, I lost 2 pounds, now I am up. Not sure what is happening. I have added an exercise component, perhaps I am gaining muscle. Let's go with that now and keep on track. Great news from the doctor 5 weeks and I'll be off medication. That means I can start the new year on the right foot and lose this weight before Andrew's wedding. My hope is to be a size 12 or 14 by his wedding - I'm an 18 now, so it shouldn't be to much to ask by October 2011. Thanksgiving next week, so it may be a bit harder, but if I try everyday and just enjoy and listen on Thursday, I should be good. Wishing you the best.
