Well I was not seeing the results that I wanted on the weight loss, so I decided to take the advice of a coworker and join a fitness boot camp.
I just finished my 12th day of boot camp and wow was I impressed. Basically we weighed in on the first day, and had our measurements taken. Yesterday when I was weighed and measured I had lost 7 pounds and 2.5 inches!

We start the December class on the 2nd and this time it will be M-T for 1 hour, for 3 weeks. I am looking forward to loosing another 7 pounds!
Nothing beats good old working out.
