tempenya di potong dadi, lalu kukus
stlh tempe matang di hancurkan trs dikasih bumbu
kaldu jamur, garlic powder (pake bawang putih cincang jg bole), lada putih, kecap manis. btw bumbunya ak pake feeling aja ngsh nya 😅😂 tepung terigu disini aku cuma pake 30gram. bisa kasih telur kalo mau tambah telur. tp aku dsni ga pake.
kalo uda tercampur semua dibuat bola2 trs pipihkan trs dipanggang teflon api kecil
untuk sauce nya cuma tumisan bawang putih cincang & bawang bombay + saos tomat + saos sambal + gula + lada putih + kaldu jamur. uda deh masak sampe mengental
