Ok down 2 pounds by just cutting back and not really keeping track should mean if I keep track I should lose more faster, but I've just fallen off the "eat perfectly" wagon and its so hard to get back on!! It is such a good feeling when I lose but it is also such a good feeling to eat whatever I want like all the other skinny people that live with me (husband and three boys all stick thin and can eat whatever they want whenever they want too) I don't feel normal when I diet although I need too.
