aku ga makan nasi ganti karbo sama kentang/ubi rebus terus oatmeal kak, banyakin protein sama serat ga minum manis, ga susu, ga makan mie instan, goreng2 an, sebelum tidur minum teh ijo biar paginya bs buang air besar.
