Weight is up slightly again. I do way better when hubby isn’t around lol. I know he likes to see me enjoy my meals (which I do) but I explained to him I need to do this for me not just a few days a month but for life so I can get healthier.
Does anyone have any tips of strategies for an unsupportive/enabler spouse?
