I’d really like to get some tripe and make it with cabbage soup, however I can’t find it at any of the local stores.

TBH, I buy mine from a local restaurant on UberEats. It’s tasty and just enough for one person without the hassle of cleaning and cooking it myself. Also, they only cook it with water, garlic and salt and it’s perfect.
