Since I stopped obsessing with my diet I am starting to see the weight going down again....thanks to reading what others have written I realized I was going over board on lowering my calorie intake. Although I'm not changing the weight yet...I'm now closer to 138 lbs than 139 lbs...but until I hit that mark I won't change it. I find that sometimes when I think about what I'm eatting too much then I feel really hungry...guess it is thinking about food that does it....when I relax and take it easy and just moderate I feel more satisfied and don't over do it or go too low either.
