So I had a weak day yesterday and drank beer. Was afraid to weigh myself this morning but I certainly will tomorrow! I think I might change my ultimate goal to 140lbs instead of the 160 I had previously wanted. We'll see when I get there. Thanks to all those supporting me through this. I need to drop the weight to not only feel better about myself but for health reasons as well.

It is just one day at a time! Hang in there! You know this is for the long haul. There is no hurry... just steady, day after day choices!
