masih bingung sama tdee... olahraga 30m-1jam 5xseminggu masuk nya kmna ya???? slama ini pke 1800 kalori,, makan dari 1400-2000++ wkwkwkwk,, keseringan surplus target 49-50kg.. mulai susah konsisten kaya awal2...tpi walaupun sering surplus bb stabil ga naik
