Itu campuran beras putih 1sdm, beras jagung 1.5sdm, dan Kongbap 0.5 sachet dalam kongbap nya terdiri dari 10 macam biji2an total nasi tidak sampai 100gr mentah.

@mutiararf itu menu biasa aja : timun dan kacang panjang mentah, nasi, ikan pari , tempe+ikan teri di sangrai baru disambal pakai cabe dan tomat sedikit msg semua dimasak tanpa minyak juga.
