Goal #1 is accomplished!!!!!!!! I have officially gone from the 260's to the 220's!!!!!!!!! It will be 12 weeks on Wednesday since I started this journey. 4lbs to go until my next goal!
I am so much stronger, so much healthier. I have let the stress of the last few weeks overshadow the great thing I have done for my health and for my body....I lost sight of how strong I have gotten, and how much better I feel.
Yay, me!

I've been slacking on my exercise lately though..we have been so busy :(
I'm trying to get back to it-tonight, no letting stuff get into my way. Walking tonight.
But, I will say that Sunday, I got my exercise. I cleaned the whole house (2hours), then worked on cleaning the garage with my DH, and then we moved 2 couches..one into the house, and one out to the street. :)
