kasian badan 🤗 badan kita aset terpenting ka.. yg penting sehat dulu ntar pelan2 bisa kurus.. jangan makan di bawah bmr ya teman 🤗 apalagi itu separuh dr bmr rata2 ..
q aja setahun ini stuck di 62kg tp q ttp makan di kisar 1300 kalori n dbawa happy.. lingkar badan ttp nyusut meski bb tetep.. semangat sehat ya
