fell off the wagon and have no idea where I'm on the diet right now, except I noticed I started eating a lot more junk than normal (leftover Halloween candy sucks for diets) and eating out a lot more because of a hectic schedule right now... but I need to just sit down and plan meals for when I will be out of the house to cut costs and to help me keep track of what I am eating throughout the day.

I had to get rid of the candy, I was going completely nuts on chocolate! I had to portion out candy for Miranda and just get rid of everythign else. I have been doing terribly too, but I think that I am ready to change now, and I think planning out meals will help out a lot.

I found that if I plan what I am going to eat, I do better since I also plan to bring along snacks... last night after I got home, I ended up cooking my lunch and boiling some eggs... that way I'm not starving and tempted with the candy dish and the fast food.
