Pretty predictable, no major weight change, but hungry for some Carbs! Always a challenge to satisfy the stomach .
Pushed myself out the door this morning & made the way to the Gym . I am not a Squat fan, but wow, it burns the Cals & makes the body sweat 😓 everywhere!!
A quick 800+ burn & I needed the caffeine to satisfy the “hunger.” The BB Complex was an interesting mix of exercises & helped continue the Calorie extraction!!
Time to run to the office!!
