Long week. PMS and caved into some cravings. Didn't workout consistently. Have stalled out. But Back on track as of yesterday so I'll take a slight increase as motivation! I really want to get out for a long walk, but with this unbearable heat, I'll have to stick with conditioning exercise indoors.
131.2 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
