Hmmm....Doing a measurement today. Lets see how this is going!!

July 31, 2013:
Bust: 54
Waist: 54
Hip: 58
Bicep: 17
Thigh: 28
Weight: 276

October 5, 2013:
Bust: 52
Waist:50
Hips: 55
Bicep"16
Thigh: 28
Weight 258

My BMI is at 42.9, My BMR is 1817 and my RMR is 1761.

I didn't record those on here in July. I started recording those in September. Those numbers have dropped a little, which is good. Makes me feel really great!!!

I hope everyone is great this weekend!! I've got some shopping to do and maybe can some banana peppers.

@ lavender..no, I actually add it to my coffee!! The whey protein powder that I got yesterday was a little yucky, so I'm going to add it to my morning coffee too. I know I won't buy that again..
