Aku juga pecinta gorengan dulunya, hampir tiap hari sarapan gorengan, dan suka bikin bakwan dirumah,,enak sih tp gak enak dibadan dan dikantong. Cara paling mudah menghindari gorengan adalah diet defisit kalori trus intake kalorinya gorengan di fs, otomatis gak bakalan mau lagi besok2 makan itu gorengan karena sudah memenuhi kalori harian.
