2 weeks of intermittent fasting, calorie counting and daily walks is starting to show. the best part is I feel healthier and more awake than I have in a long time.
Just gotta keep on keeping on and make sure to not fall back into unhealthy habits.
143.1 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
