did you take the spice into consideration when you added up the calories?

@drugga420 nope it’s too insignificant to be bothered ...I try to eat under my allocated calories everyday by 50-100 so I don’t sweat the small stuff because I know the harder I make this for myself, the less likely it is to be a long term lifestyle. I doubt a pinch of aromat or veggie spice and pepper here and there is going to make a huge difference. If 75g of aromat is +- 100 Cals and I’m using it like 45 (rough estimate) times before it’s up, that’s like 2 calories ...not really worth the effort to stress over in my opinion.
