Pretty messy breakfast 🙈 Bran oats with chia & sesame seeds and 4 x ice cream🤯🤦‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
During the day had 2 x drinking yogurts ~ Activia with blueberries and water as I had a small surgery today & will keep eating like that for the next 10 days

so, I guess you are on moderate ketogenic diet, with high carbs before workouts?

Frankly speaking I’m not following any diet 😅 Just eating the way I like it 🙈 & yes, I still manage to lose weight 😁
