Total fail at sticking to meal plans, led astray by my husband who gets takeaway at any given opportunity and feeling rubbish for eating rubbish. Going to be a lot more concious, hopefully less stressed and get back to the yummy healthy stuff!!

It's so much more difficult when the other half isn't on the wagon too! Keep smashing it 🙌

my husband is at last taking notice of my general health and my weight loss, but he is also still choosing the wrong foods, I'm not letting it ruin my diet, we just cook our own meals now, however, he is eating more and more of my salads...........

So irritating having your other half not on with you ans supporting your journey but I'm glad I'm not the only one. Thank you all for sharing ❤️ I think he may just make my weightloss journey a rather looooong one 🙄

I have the same problem, but hubby and I now eat different things at most mealtimes and I indulge with him only occasionally. It's tough though! I wish he wanted to be more healthy too, but I'll let him get there in his own time.
