Happy Veterans Day. Just want to thank all the veterans for the hard work and sacrific they have made for me.

Still feeling a little tired. Not as much energy as last week. I did however, get in an hour work out last night and was able to do my 1/2 hr on the treadmill with out having to slow down once to get my heartrate in the target zone. That must mean I am getting my old ticker back into shape. I decided I wouldn't increase my speed until I could go the thirty minutes without my heartrate spiking up. Any thoughts on this as I am new to the whole workout concepet. I must say I am loving it and wished I would have found out about the 24 hr gym along time ago.

Some really good news on the trailer. The septic should be done and ready either today or tomorrow. That means we can move in permanantly. We have been sleeping there but have to get up in the mornings to go next door to grandmas to shower and eat. I bet she will be glad when she can have her cabin back. We have been there 5 months now. I know the kids will still hang out there after school becasue the get away with murder at grandma's house.

Hey it sounds like you are doing great! Loving the gym is foreign to me-it's good that you love it-really helps, doesn't it? I am not qualified to comment on the heart rate stuff except that if your rate slows down with the same level of intensity-I think it means you are getting fitter. 30 mins on the treadmill is excellent. Really proud of you!

You keep on truckin' girl! I'd say, there should be someone there at the gym that should be able to answer a simple question as that without charging you a fee... have you asked? Good luck! Great on the trailer bout being ready. Awesome that g'ma is going to be sooo close, too! That's awesome!

Note: Went to the gym tonight and did 60 mins and my heart rate only got to the 80% for about a min after I started then dropped down. I even did 20 mins on an incline of 1 without it going about 77%. I guess that is good. I go so late that no one is there to ask. I might need to go during the day when someone is there to answer my questions. I felt really good and wasn't all that tired after I finish which is a hugh improvment over two weeks ago.

You were tired but still exercised - you are awesome! It sounds like you are doing really well and your heart is definitely responding to your hard work - what a great payoff for you. Great news about the trailer! I want to add my thanks to all the vets - we all owe you big time!
