Alright, so after my mini experiment on myself, it's become very obvious that I need to pay attention to my fat intake. Finding this out makes me wish I would have learned this earlier, lol, but now I know 🤗.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't beat ur self up.🙌🏽 U got this..👍🏽 talk to a nutritionist 👩🏽‍⚕& research dietary options. Keto dieting is based on fat📚

Thank you both 🤗. As much as I like fat, I like carbs even more, so I know I would be miserable on keto, it's just too restrictive for me.
