Doing well! Must keep reminding myself to be happy with losing 2 pounds a week..even 1 pound a week..as long as the scale keeps going down! Giving myself one free day a week and one super perfect "spa" day a week...all in all doing very well with eating..GI Diet guideline just make a lot of sense! And rowing every day! Starting to throw in some weighted exercise as well so hopefully that will rev up metabolism. Having Dave and I in a weight loss challenge is great!
