Day 5 of a 'no sugar', 'no eating after 7 pm' regimen, in addition to keeping track of calories on the FS app. So far so good. I brush my teeth right after dinner, at about 7 pm, which helps to ward off any late night grazing slip-ups. Down to 172 lbs. from 178 - in a little more than a month since getting onto FS, so something is working... Mostly I think the combination of being aware how much I'm eating (due to the calorie counting) and sustained exercise, mix of running 4 to 5 times a week and also strength workouts. It's been great seeing so many interesting food pics and personal account of progress and sometimes issues, which we all have. I will keep checking in to learn and be inspired!!
