Good workout today. I was able to go for a jog and had a long walk. I feel so sore but so much better than before. :) Going to get rid of those last few pounds before my cousin's wedding. My weight has been fluctuating the past few days.. hopefully its just water weight. I'm gonna try to change up my diet and go grocery shopping for more healthy food options later this week.

I still don't know how to use the exercise journal. It confuses me. :|
I jogged 6 miles today and went for a long 20 minute walk afterwards. Then, I did push-ups and stretches. I burned off a total of 710 calories during my workout.. so I'm going to still record it in my journal entries instead.
