ok so im setting a resolution right now, not waiting for new years. I'm not going to let a slip up stop me from reaching my goals. I need to stop weighing myself every single day (so times that weight goes up before it goes down). and I am not going to let ANYONE discourage me! so today wasn't so good but tomorrows another day, and once this flu is finally over I am going to workout at least 3 times a week. any exercise is better than nothing at all.

Weigh yourself if you need to so you don't cheat. A young woman emailing me daily - that was serious about her diet did it and was confused what to do. I said it's fine, but make only the weekly weigh-in matter! Needless to say, I haven't heard from her in over a week, hope she's still dieting. If you ever feel like going to the gym more - go. I've had an arthritis problem. I didn't exercise and still managed to lose seventy pounds over the recent years. Now that I've lost the weight I finally feel with my pain meds I'm healthy enough to exercise so as soon as my allergies are at bay, I'm going to join a gym. Best wishes... Glenn :)

Pardon my grammar mistakes everyone! The second sentence should say who, not that. I even mess up in a hurry sometimes and am so used to this as I have to be so super-careful when proofreading my books. We all make mistakes sometimes spelling etc.!!! :)
