this always seems to happen to me. I dropped a lot of weight this week and get all excited and then start getting stressed out and can't stop eating. I'm so sick of this circle. By the time I finally stopped over eating i've gained all the weight back.

Get trigger foods out of your house or apartment. That's what I do. All of us here do too. Re-program your mind to say you're not stressed and don't need food to stop it. Go out for a walk or hit the gym instead of eating or eat celery or something like that instead. Everyone NEEDS food - we just don't need to clean our plate like when we were kids and skip dessert - those sugary-type of fake foods I find trigger cravings! Or have a banana! :)

thanks for the advice, i think my problem this time is that i've had the flu for a week and haven't gotten better, i would love to get out of the house or workout, but here i am vegging in front of the tv per lack of energy. im hoping to get back on my feet soon.
