It;s a cool, grey rainy Saturday here, and it is just washing me out!!!
These kind of rainy days, the steady rain kind, make e want to crawl back into bed and sleep the day away!! I know I can't do that, I have shopping to do, need to get to the pet store for litter, and I need to pick up some leg weights somewhere.

Progress with the physical therapy is going really good. I have gotten a lot of my flexibility in my hip joint back. Between the PT and the pool at the gym, its all doing me a whole world of good. I talked to the nice guy who owns the place about some non water exercises I can do. I explained my health limitations, and why I exercise in the pool, and what exercises I do, and how I do them. He said I'm doing myself good with them, so that was good. I need to do some "on land" stuff, that I can do there on the days I can't use the pool . I think he was kind of impressed with my knowledge about the body and muscles, and diet and carbs, etc. We even had a little conversation about Jack La Lane. He told me most people that come in don't really know much in the way of exercise. They don't know about the proper forms, or techniques, to do the exercises properly.

I just chalk it up to having done it before, and from reading and computer research.
I had better get my rear end in gear and get moving off to the store, etc!! I hope everyone is having a fantastic day!!
