I’m doing pretty good so far, but I’ve done good starting out in the past and then I blow it. Yesterday my husband made breakfast and I had two little 2oz sausage patties and after we ate I went to log my food and like to have had a heart attack because it was 430 calories just for them. So after a while it really is hard to stay on track when every thing you like is real high in calories and the food you don’t really like eating long term is not as appetizing. It gets boring. I’m just venting. I didn’t weigh in today. I think I’ll do that every other day or once a week. Haven’t decided yet, might do both😊
