RRR. I love going to Cracker Barrel to eat. I absolutely hate the fact that the damn company refuses to reveal their Nutritional Information. I may have to stop going there. They have a new menu now, and they have what they call Wholesome Fixin's. They are some menu items for Breakfast , Lunch , and Dinner that are 500 to 600 calories. Some are less.
I tried their new pork chop, and the tomato, onion and cucumber salad, and green beans, a corn muffin, and 2 raspberry iced teas. Not one lick of nutritional info to be found. They do offer a few downloadable recipes, but that's beside the point. I know I didn't have much in the way of calories, but I couldn't get logged what I wanted. So i guess I'll just ignore the dinner portion of today's entry.
Just what do they have to hide?? Why would a company refuse to make that information available???
Hmmmm. makes you wonder.
