I have been eating a lil badly here and there. Nothing too serious but my son's Halloween candy is a weak point for me. I just try try again. I have become more fit since I began on here! Yesterday in step class, I could do moves that I couldn't do a couple weeks ago! Yesterday was such a fantastic day! I also pulled a pair of pants off without undoing the button or zipper! Those pants were snug this summer! :) So holding onto those 2 awesome achievements, I have stuck to "Atkins-type" eating today...no breads but I'm not following the nutrition deal as much as I should. Tomorrow's a new day...still have to get that darn book! Life is too crazy and everyday ends too early!
